Sick as a Dog, Litterly and Diversity Camp!

No. I am not sick as a dog. But my dog is! Yes, my dog Daisy is quite sick. She was throwing up ALL last night, as I heard from my parents, and she has not ate a thing ALL day! She EVEN refused some HAM! Think about it. A DOG refusing HAM! Dog+Ham=LOVE! LOL! She is also very.....not hyper? When we came in from shopping, she didn't even bark, as she always does. She came down, but not at all fast and and didn't even jump up, as she always does.....pray that she will get better!

In other GOOD news....I am going to Diversity camp tomorrow! It is an over-nighter....so it should be fun! It is with ALL the Gr.7's. Class trip I guess! We stay for the night, then come home to get reports at school! So I won't be here tomorrow! SEE YA!

Yesterday I saw Old Dogs. This movie is about two man, Dan and Charlie. Dan finds out that he has kids, and he has to look after them for two weeks. Charile helps Dan with the two kids.
  
This movie was very good! VERY funny! I would SOOOO see it again! Lots and lots of funny parts that will have you laughing through out the whole movie!

  A few days ago I saw Up by Disney/Pixar. This movie is about an old man who wanted to fulfill his deceased wife's dream, to live above a waterfall in a secret place. A boy scout tags along with the man, and they run into many troubles along the way. They also make many new friends that they will keep.

This movie was good. A few humourous parts, but well  done and, overall a good movie

A few days ago I saw Four Christmas's.This movie is about a couple who both have divorced parents. On Christmas they always make excuses at why they can't visit at Christmas. But one year it doesn't work and they have to go to four different houses, families, and Christmas's all in one day.

This movie was sort of good. Very predictable though. Had some funny parts, but I wouldn't see it again.

Staying Home

I know this is a little late, but I was making a header and background for Moonlight Creations! I stayed home today because I was sick, like the last two days, since...Tuesday or Monday. I cough every two minutes, I have a head ache, and my stomach hurts....

Editing

I have started editing my "the City to the Forest" book two days ago! I started writing it in Gr.3. There are 6 pages and 6 chapters. I finished in the middle of Gr.5. I know! I know! Horrible isn't it? But I didn't FORCE myself to write! I just let it come to me. I am now editing it! Hoping to get it published someday! I have only edited the first paragraph so far, but the first paragraph is MUCH longer then the original!! Which I think is great! I shall give you a sneak peek! But from my first draft of course.... I shall choose my favourite part. But it will be pretty bad! Because I wrote it SOOO long ago and I have a new writing style! Hopefully I will get it published! When and if I do, I shall tell you all, then my real name will be revealed.... Anything italicized is a fave part of mine! Also! I will tell you AFTER I write this out what it is sort of about, and who is talking. I am going to change the name of the main character though...

A New Friend

Chapter 3

"Lula was my new friend. We did everything together. From hunting to just playing around. I thought that she would be by my side forever. Well, I thought wrong.

   One day we were hunting. We had just finished a very good hunt, catching many small animals, and we were on our way home. Lula put down her prey because she scented a rabbit. She told me to walk on. All of a sudden, after she was gone, I heard a gun shot. I knew something had happened to Lula. I ran through bushes, and found her lying on the ground. I knew right away, my friend, my companion, was dead. I pulled her into some cover, before the hunters came, and lay beside her."

Well! That was the WHOLE third chapter! I know short right? But hopefully by the time I will be done editing it, there will be a few extra chapters and each chapter will be longer and have much more detail and sentence structure!!

This story is about a female collie, who looks like a wolf. Lula, IS a wolf, but the collie isn't. The collie is just a silver, black colour! Hope you enjoyed it! And PLEASE NO copying this little bit! It will be in the finished copy, but longer, and this is one of my fave chapters! Please! Thanks!

Hack!! Hack!!

Hack...Hack...yes. That's me! I am still not feeling too well, but I DID go to school! From 11:00 to 1:30 my stomach HURT SOOOO much! it was horrible! At lunch time I WAS going to go home, but we weren't allowed to go home then. So I waited, then my stomach got better. But I was still coughing it away! LOL! I took my temperature again: normal. Not a thing wrong! Actually it was pretty low for me.... I usually have around 36.0C. But I had 34.5C- 35.0C. Pretty low for MOI!!! LOL!

My Hero

I am going to post my hero report! But of course change some names! This post won't take long because I will just copy and paste!

My Hero

My hero is an everyday person. He is a normal person, who to some people didn’t do anything. To me, he did everything.

          Mark-Life started on October 29^th 1971 and ended on April 26^th 2007.

          Mark ********** loved animals and wanted to care for them. He was a vegan and saved street cats in *******. He had a little house the cats could sleep in at night in the winter. A heat lamp was also attached. He would spend as much money as he needed to, to save any cats that came or were hurt.

Mark spent much time and money for these cats that were not his. He saved a cat that was electrocuted. The amount it cost was a lot, but he still went through with it. He spent over one thousand dollars to save this cat. He has true spirit and intentions. He doesn’t care that he has to use his money to save these animals. He just knew that he needed to.

He cared about the environment enough that he never drove, but rode his bike. He wanted to keep our world here, because he loved it as much as the next person would too.

He never did anything special. He was never a big time hero. He wasn’t known by everyone. But he was loved by his family. He cared about a lot of stuff. Enough that he would risk his money to save an animal. He was brave enough to take risks. He loved everything enough to do what he had to do.

A few months before he died, he rescued this little shitzu that ne named Seamus (pronounced Shame-us). This dog was abused, scared and mean. But Mark still adopted him, when others wouldn’t. He most likely saved this dog’s life. Seamus only trusted Mark, no one else. He would bite anyone else who would try to pet him. That shows how badly abused he was. But Mark got through to him. Mark was teaching him how to trust and love life again, like he did.

Mark is my hero because he can do stuff, which I might never be able to do. He can face his fears, but sometimes, fears come crashing down, and you can’t take it anymore. He took a lot of risks and tried to do his best. Mark appreciated all things, nature, animals, and life. He never took anything for granted. People can learn from him. Mark will always be close to my heart and others too. We miss him a lot, he wasn’t ready to go, but maybe he was. I can’t know for sure what he thought, but what he showed, was enough for me.

Once he died, one of his friends did a film about him. He filmed people of Mark’s family, trying to learn more. He got a lot of film done, mostly from my dad, grandma and grandpa. They were closest to him. I don’t know how that film is going today. We have not talked to Mark’s friend for a while. Let’s hope it is going well. Just as life should be.

When life starts then ends, you wonder if life was good. Life will always be good. No matter what problems you run in to. You should face them, not run away. My uncle knew how to do this. But once and only once did he make the wrong choice, to me that is. Life is precious. Hold on to it while you can. Family know this well. A loved one could disappear like that, and then never come back. We should still treasure life while we have it. Because one day, you could wake up, and find out that it isn’t there anymore. Sometimes, life needs a tear or two, don’t be afraid to let your emotions out. My uncle could learn from that. Emotions need to be told, as life needs to be lived. Life starts and ends. Love it.

S'mores-My Style:

Ingrediants-

Two chocolate chip cookies
One marshmellow
Two pieces of chocolate(caramel or milk)

Recipe-

First put one choco chip cookie on a plate.
Then put a piece of choco down.
If the choco is round, squish it to make it flat.
Then place the marshmellow on top of the chocolate.
Place the s'more(on the plate) into the microwave for 10 seconds, or until it is nice and puffy.
Take it out.
Place the second piece of choco on top.
Then squish it down with the second choco chip cookie.

Presto! You have a s'more that isn't really a s'more!

Warning:

This is ONLY in case you don't have the proper ingredients!!

S'mores-Proper Style:

Ingrediants-

Two pieces of jersey milk chocolate
One marshmellow
Two wafer crackers

Recipe-

Take the one wafer cracker and place it on a plate.
Take ONE piece of jersey milk choco and place it on top on top of the wafer.
Take the marshmellow and put it on top.
Then put it in the microwave for 10 seconds.
Take it out.
Place the second piece of jersey milk choco on top.
Then squish it down with the second wafer.

Two Movie Reviews

A few days ago I saw My Sister's Keeper. This movie is about a young girl, Anna, who was made to give parts of her body to her ailing sister, Kate, who was dying of cancer. Anna gets a lawyer because she doesn't want to do it anymore. She doesn't want to give up her body, and have to be careful the rest of her life. She wants to live a normal life.

I shall not say the truth of this movie, because that will ruin it.
 
This movie was very good.Quite sad, but very good. I would recommend this movie for 12 and up. Younger kids might not really like it, but I quite enjoyed it.

Today I saw New Moon. New Moon was much better the the movie Twilight. Edward leaves Bella because he is afraid of hurting her. In the time Bella is alone, she looks to Jacob Black for comfort. Jake is there and helps her through. She then finds out that he is a werewolf, this makes it easier between them. Then Bella finds out that Edward is going to kill himself, so he could be with her, because he though she was dead. In the end of the movie, Edward has one favour in return for making Bella a vampire sometime. She has to marry him.

  
This movie was good.Much better then the last, with the wolf parts and all! Of course the books are always better, but this was pretty much like the book!

Today well....I really don't understand. I am tired, upset(for no reason) and a little annoyed. I let Miranda borrow some books from me, from our school library, like more than a month ago!! She STILL hasn't given them back to me...so  I can't get new books.*sigh* Annoyed by that.....

Tired because I have had a long week, and it has been VERY horrible! I just want to jump onto Aladdin and ride off!!! Only if I could.....

Upset.... well I explained it up there.....no reason. I just am. Maybe because of the week, because I am annoyed and tired....because I just want to ride Aladdin!!!!

Wa-o!! Today was....interesting.... I might say what happened....but I might not... Soooo.*rocks back and forth on heels* Oh!! Oh!!! Pick me!! Pick me!! *get's picked* Yes.... I was the one who kept everyone laughing.... someone would do something that SEEMED funny, then I would let out a small laugh, then another person would start laughing!! It continued like that the WHOLE time!!!! LOL! Man oh man was that fun! My group ALWAYS are the ones you would here laughing or talking!! It's because we have these two guys in the group...they make NO sense, but are yet...funny!! LOL! Wa-o!!! SO FUN!

That is a tough one...Harry Potter is good in wizard stuff,,,but Amy(from Heartland) is good with horse healing.....I guess it would depend on the kind of professor.

So I try to do that. Only to find out that it won't work!!! They ALWAYS have to be congruent!!!! I spent a WHOLE hour trying to figure it out!!!! Then my dad helps me, and it works. Woe me. I was getting so frustrated. Grrr. I want to kill the people who ever made that question. Or at least severely damage there mind!!!!!

Eeeeppppp.... did I just say that??? I meant to say "I want to 'hug' whoever made that question. Or at least 'promote them in their job'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr..... I am realizing that the name "Just Fall", doesn't fit me anymore!!!! WolfShadows didn't either. I want something that reflects ME. Not my totem(spirit) animal or the season(part of "Just Fall's" name).I haven't thought of a name that is "me" yet. But I want it to do something with horses or animals... can you think of anything????? Also, expect a new makeover soon!!! Once I find a name!!!!! Yaaaa!!!

Movie Review

Today I saw A Christmas Carol by Disney. It starred Jim Carrey as Ebenezer Scrooge, The Ghost of Christmas Past, Present, and Future. 
   Scrooge is known for being a cruel, mean greedy man. He doesn`t care much for anyone else other then himself. Then one Christmas Eve, three ghosts visit him, to try to make wrong, right. Scrooge goes threw a terrifying and sad night. He realizes that he needs to change his ways so he would not die with no one to love him.
    On Christmas he is nice and gives out money. He is then welcomed back into his family and will forever be welcomed.

This movie was quite good. But it is not that good for really young children. There are some frightening parts. I recommend this for kids ages 8 and up.

I found a name for my new Betta fish! here it is....

EMBER!

I love him. he is so...how should I put it....odd? He attacks his reflection and flinches at new things! LOL! I love him though! Except I have a feeling my cat, Sophie...of course, is trying to make a plan to kill him...I have to keep my door closed because of her!!!! D=

In other news! I shall say the reasons of why I will not want to Swine Flu shot!

1.Hasn't been around long enough.
2.Has a lot of bad side effects.
3.Takes two weeks to start working.

There are my reasons! Some side effects are...

1.Paralysis.
2.Soreness.
3.Sickness.

And lots of other stuff...maybe even death? Don't know....but oh well. I have a choice where I am! YAY! =D

There is other stuff....but I don't feel like saying it!

GO FISH!

No. Not the game! I got a new fish, a betta veiltail to be EXACT! Very pretty. Took me HALF AN HOUR to pick him! But he's the one who touched my heart! he is red, but I don't know what to name him! It is really hard!

Also, Halloween was COOL! Got lots of candy! I will get a picture of my pumpkin, and costume soon!

On Halloween I had a sleepover with Miranda! then she slept over last night too! ON A SCHOOL NIGHT!

Well, that's all I have. I want to go see my new fish! So far I am thinking-
